Refund policy
Sweet Sunday Stickers offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day of receiving your order to request a return on any item, non-personalized. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is defective, please let customer service know so we can quickly send you a replacement.
To start a return, please email orders@sweetsunday.store and add the reason for your return. Customer Service will send you a shipping label that you can print and add to your package for free delivery.

Damaged and defective items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items are not eligible for return. If you have received a defective product contact orders@sweetsunday.store for a replacement.
Sale products and gift cards are not eligible for returns, unless the product is defective.
Exchanges (short window)
If you are looking to exchange an item, contact orders@sweetsunday.store promptly. Orders are typically packed and shipped in the same day so exchanges may be treated as returns if the order has been shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are paid out once the item is received and inspected. Please expect 10-15 business days from the day you mailed the item before receiving your refund. Banks and credit card companies often experience additional delays depending on seasonality. You will receive an email notification once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
